Managing performance is critical in order to deliver the expected results demanded for quality education for all. Both the educational managers, teachers, and partners have to be one in intent, knowledge, skills, means, tools and metrics to realize the performance objectives of teaching and learning.
Continual improvement through lessons learned has to be an integral practice to bring relevant breakthrough in the quality of experiences provided by teaching and learning services.
Re-purposing of best practices and by not-reinventing the wheel propels performance breakthrough. New and improve concepts and practices must build on knowledge that are already available, and the demands for change must bring relevant development to the current understanding.
