This is an open training and knowledge exchange social network to realize the strategic challenge in the educational sector on how to bring about competency building on ICT and e-citizenship of all teachers and administrators anywhere, anytime, and in any access device..

The aralan@netdesk opens the free Internet knowledge-base, web applications, and computer software to build the digital competency of educators based on globally accepted competency standards and technology environment.

This is a school level or division wide capability building of teachers and administrators to improve the delivery and management of the learning experience through ICT4E in any school.

The training design is aligned to the performance specifications envisioned by the various global standards on 21st century skills for education.
